By the end of 2023-24 school year, we will reach the following percentages:
Middle School On-Track
SY 21-22=72%
SY 22-23=77%
SY 23-24=82%
STUDENT GROWTH GOALS (aligned to building goals)
By the end of the 1st semester of the 22-23 SY, Flinn Middle School will achieve a universal building goal of 77% on-track status for all students.
Develop common grading practices for all content areas (tech/philosophy)
Using advisory weekly for grade monitoring (students)

Between the 1st and 2nd Panorama Survey of the 22-23 SY, Flinn Middle School will increase Sense of Belonging of students from 39% to 60%.
Flinn Middle School students will increase their student growth goals met by 5% in the areas of ELA from the 2022 winter to 2023 winter NWEA MAP assessment.
FSA's
*All teachers will conduct FSA's 3x's/year (All subject areas)
FSA's will include (Read grade level text, student questioning, DOK level 2 & 3 teacher questioning-develop monitoring tool,
