THEORY OF ACTION
FY22-23
If Flinn Middle School can increase teacher capacity through PLC collaboration development with effective teams training, craft partnerships with families and the community to promote buy-in to the educational experience, and promote student accountability with their learning through Falcon Time, then we expect an increase in academic achievement and growth in all content areas at Flinn Middle School.

EQUITY CHALLENGE
At Flinn MS our data supports African-American students identified as having an IEP are farthest away from grade level status in literacy. We believe race and special education identification should not be factors in literacy achievement.
