Julie Roos

Julie Roos is an Instructional Coach at NWCTA, a role she assumed last year after being an Instructional Coach and Mentor, and teaching English, Mock Trial, and Speech & Debate at Canyon Springs for 15 years. She was a lead project facilitator for the College, Career, and Community Writers Program (C3WP) for SNWP, and has been a scorer and prompt writer for C3WP and PATHWAYS with NWP. She came to SNWP from strong writing project communities at Western Michigan University (MA, Literature) and Indiana University of Pennsylvania (BSEd, English Education). She is also a one-diamond coach with the National Speech & Debate Association and the Chair of Golden Desert Speech & Debate.
