Dr. Lindsay Prendergast

Dr. Lindsay Prendergast has served schools and districts across the globe for nearly two decades as a leadership coach, consultant, principal, counselor, and teacher. Lindsay is currently the Assistant Director of Learning Experiences for The Danielson Group, founders of the Danielson Framework for Teaching. She is the co-author of Habits of Resilient Educators: Strategies for Thriving During Times of Anxiety, Doubt, and Constant Change (Corwin Press, Learning Forward, & NWEA, 2024). Lindsay is also an ASCD Emerging Leader and Champion in Education, and a fellow with the Association for the Advancement of International Education (AAIE). She frequently presents and publishes on the topics of leadership development, growth-focused supervision, and assessment practices as a thought leader for ASCD, Learning Forward, Edutopia, AAIE, EARCOS, AMLE, Cognia, and others.
