Full Refund Guarantee Program (Trip Insurance):
Cost varies based on trip price.
Parents must opt out during registration if they don’t want it.
They have 14 days after registering to add it.
They can remove it within 24 hours of registration.
If they cancel at least 24 hours before departure, they’ll receive a full refund (minus applicable fees).
Standard Cancellation Policy (Without Insurance):
More than 75 days before departure: 25% of base trip price (minimum \$120 if trip is \$400+)
45–74 days before departure: 50% of base trip price
44 days or fewer before departure: 100% of base trip price
