We’re thrilled to introduce the pilot of MB AI, an exclusive tool designed for Royal LePage experienced agents. This AI-powered assistant is built to provide an easy second opinion with the knowledge and expertise of a licensed Managing Broker, tailored specifically to B.C. real estate.

MB AI is currently trained on:

• Legal Update 2024

• The B.C. Real Estate Services Act and Rules

• BCFSA disclosures and regulatory compliance guidelines

• The Strata Property Act

• The Residential Tenancy Act

While tools like ChatGPT are widely used, they can often produce errors or ‘hallucinations.’ MB AI is different. It has been trained on the trusted knowledge base of a Managing Broker, giving you access to accurate, real estate-specific guidance anytime you need it.

Although MB AI is a powerful resource, it’s important to remember that serious or complex matters should always be referred to your licensed Managing Broker.

This pilot is the result of ongoing testing and training with input from our Managing Brokers, and is only for agents who have been with Royal LePage for an extended number of years and have the experience required. While it’s not perfect yet, we’re committed to improving it and adding value for our experienced agents.
