Want to run an ad in the Times Colonist?
Royal LePage Coast Capital runs a group ad in the Saturday paper under the Real Estate section.
TC’s pricing has increased but is still competitive. The price per spot is $135, which decreases if more listings are present in the group ad.
As soon as they are received, your listing will be consolidated with the others and sent in to the Times Colonist. You will see the charge on your account at the end of the month.
*There must be at least two properties for the ad to run, and have a maximum of 6 spots. If you would like a more extensive or exclusive ad just let Realtor Care know - realtorcare@royallepage.ca
*You will receive a proof to approve before the ad is fully submitted and printed! Proofs MUST be reviewed by agents and revisions requested by no later than End of Day Thursday. If you miss an error, the ad cannot be revised or pulled.
Discounted Realtor Package:

50k impressions per month for branding
Quarterly 2x2 bonus ad for branding yourself
