PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
The SmartLeads program is designed for tech-savvy, motivated agents who are committed to rapid response times and consistent follow-up. Because these leads are actively seeking property information, they require a high level of professionalism and a "lightning-fast" approach to conversion.
To participate, agents must commit to:
Speed to Lead: Accepting and contacting leads immediately (under 5 minutes).
System Mastery: Utilizing rlpSphere for mandatory tagging (#smartlead) and detailed communication notes.
Persistent Nurturing: Following the required contact schedule, including at least 10 follow-up attempts.
Full-Time Focus: Maintaining a full-time career in real estate with no outside employment.
Accountability: Attending mandatory check-in meetings and reporting all conversions to the SmartLeads Manager.

The program runs in six-month cycles (January–June and July–December). Participation is limited to one member per real estate team, and individuals may enroll in a maximum of two consecutive cycles. Admission is subject to meeting program prerequisites.
