Where can I find the template links?
Each sample picture on the Marketing Services Website features a drop-down menu below it. By clicking on the photo, a link will appear below, directing you to the corresponding template on Canva. For detailed instructions on how to use these templates, please refer to the tutorial provided below. 👇
How do I use the Marketing Templates?
In order to gain access and make edits to our pre-made templates, you are required to register for a FREE Canva account OR contact your office supervisor.
Upon registering, you will be taken to the template link where you can add your name, photos and information to make the post personalized to you.
Once completed, you are able to download your edited template OR, if you have connected your Canva account to your Social Media pages you can post directly.

Do we edit the templates ourselves or does marketing do this?
Due to the high volume of marketing materials, the marketing team is unable to make edits to templates. Agents are encouraged to try and use Canva to make edits themselves as the templates have been pre-made and require minimal edits (Canva is also very user friendly!)
If agents are struggling to make their own edits, office supervisors have also been trained to help create personalized edits to the pre-made templates.
