If you want to take more than just your Gmail and Drive files, you will want to export a downloadable archive with a copy of your data from your school Google account.
Go to https://takeout.google.com and follow the onscreen instructions to create a downloadable archive of all of your data from the desired G Suite products. You will then be able to upload that data to a personal Google account.
