1. Why is the Grid View Extension not working?
There have been multiple times when the Grid View Extension, which is not supported by Google, failed to work or caused problems while in a Google Meet (e.g., sessions crashing). As a result, we are not recommending the use of this extension. Google has increased the layouts available so that you can see the majority of students (e.g., by choosing the tiled layout).
