Physicals

Please complete the physical and hand it in ON TIME.  Late paperwork can result in a delay in you being cleared (you cannot participate until you are cleared).  Please check with the nurses if you are missing any required paperwork (there is a lot!).   Athletes with asthma must complete the asthma care form.  They will be due on  July 12, 2023.
