The Single Plan for Student Achievement, or most commonly known as SPSA, is a school-wide plan developed by teachers and staff to meet educational goals through the use of Title 1 and S&C funding. Per California law, the School Site Council reviews and approves the SPSA before the local governing board makes the final decision. The Council regularly reviews the SPSA's progress and results to ascertain whether adjustments or changes need to be made.
