About Me

Hello! I am Ms. Xochitl and I have worked for the Rowland Unified School District since 2006. Even before that I attended Rowland as a Kindergarten student at La Seda thru my high school graduation at Nogales High School. My summer job while in high school was working at the Rowland High School pool lifeguarding and teaching swimming. So, needless to say I am very familiar with the communities in the Rowland Unified School District. 

After high school I attend the University of California, Riverside where I received my degree in Psychology.  I then attended Azusa Pacific University where I earned my Master in School Counseling and a Pupil Personnel Service Credential for school counseling.

Some of the things I love to do with my free time is traveling and spending time with family and my dogs.

I am also excited to have a great Rowland Unified Elementary School Counseling Team to work with across the district. So, if you know of others families at other elementary school sites in the district there is a counselor available for them as well!
