TSI Scores

TSI Scores can be requested two (2) ways:

• Complete the Google Form, pay the $3.00/per transcript fee (cash, money order, or check).

• Complete the Records Request form or download the document below. Indicate "TSI Scores" on the form. Mail the completed form to Westwood with the $3.00 per document fee included. 

  • The address is: Westwood High School, Attn: Registrar - Transcripts, 12400 Mellow Meadow Drive, Austin, TX 78750.

• The request is completed within 48 business hours once payment has been received and emailed to the student's email. 

• Delays will occur during peak periods, such as registration and at the end of the semester.

• Per FERPA regulations, we are NOT allowed to release any transcript(s) to anyone other than the student. If you know someone else will be picking up your transcript, please email westwood_registrar@roundrockisd.org stating that you, state your name, are authorizing for ______ (individual's name that will be picking up the transcript) to pick up your transcript(s) and attach a copy of your photo ID to the email.
