NCAA Transcripts

Students must be registered with NCAA to send a transcript. Click here to go to NCAA website.

Transcripts can be requested two (2) ways:

• Request the transcript by clicking here.

• Complete the Records Request form or download the document below. Indicate "NCAA Transcript" on the form. Mail the completed form to Westwood with the $3.00 per transcript fee included.

  • • The address is: Westwood High School, Attn: Registrar - Transcripts, 12400 Mellow Meadow Drive, Austin, TX 78750.

• The request is completed within 48 business hours once payment has been received. 

• Delays will occur during peak periods, such as registration and at the end of the semester.
