Points

Points are updated twice a month by the HOSA officers.  You can receive points for attending events, participating in fundraisers, or donating items. 

You will need a minimum of 3 service, 2 social, 1 fundraiser, and 3 meeting points (9 total) per semester in order to be considered an active member in good standing with Westwood HOSA. If you have extra service/social points for the second semester, they may carry over to the first semester as needed. There are additional point requirements in order to be able to compete at the State Leadership Conference, run for an officer position, or earn a senior cord. 

To compete at State: 12+ points by State

To be eligible to run for office: 18+ points for the entire year

To earn a HOSA senior cord: 18+ points for the entire year
