Points are updated bi-monthly by HOSA officers.  You can receive points for attending events, fundraisers, or donating items. 

You will need a minimum of 2 fundraising, 2 social, 3 service points, and 3 meeting points (10 POINTS) per semester in order to be considered an active member in good standing with Westwood HOSA. You must reach the point requirements to compete or attain a senior cord. If you have extra service/social points for the second semester, they may carry over to the first semester as needed. Point requirements are due and checked at the end of each semester. 

To compete: 16+ points by State

To be eligible to run for office: 22+ points for the entire year

To earn a HOSA senior chord: 20+ points for the entire year
