Immunizations

Your child must meet the state and local immunization requirements for school entrance and/or attendance.

Students entering seventh grade during the 2019/2020 school year must have a current updated shot record by August 15, 2019.

In order to start school, the current record must show the following three vaccines have been received.

· A Tdap vaccine has been received within the last five years.

· A second varicella vaccine has been received.

· The meningococcal vaccine has been received.

You may fax the updated record to 512-704-0941 or email the updated record to Sherry _Chambless @roundrockisd.org

You may mail the copy to Walsh Middle School

You may also hand-deliver the updated shot record to the school.

*If you are electing not to have your child immunized, the appropriate paperwork must be obtained and submitted prior to the beginning of school*.
