FoCS is a high-school level, fast paced and high expectation course. Units in this course include Problem Solving, Web Design (HTML and CSS), App Design (Java Script), Game Design (Java Script), Data and Society, the Design Process and Physical Computing (with extension activities in AI/Machine Learning and Python/Java). Students will also learn to type by touch and master soft skills like communication, professionalism, enthusiasm & attitude, networking and teamwork. These are all skills that are highly sought after by employers at all levels of the job market.
