Medication permission forms, immunization information, and helpful links are provided on this website.
If your student will be taking a daily or as needed medication at school, or will need to self carry emergency medications such as an inhaler or EpiPen, please have the appropriate forms filled out by your child’s doctor and on file in the nurse’s office prior to bringing medication to campus.
A reminder that all orders to administer medication to students MUST be updated at the beginning of each school year. This includes daily medications, over the counter medicine, emergency medication, self carry emergency medication such as Epi-Pens and Inhalers and Diabetic Orders. Per district policy, students are not allowed to carry UNDOCUMENTED MEDS on their person . For more information: https://roundrockisd.org/health-services/
If you have received a call from the nurse to pick up a sick child, they must FIRST be signed out from the main office in the 1200 building prior to picking them up.
