Fill out your information on this tutoring interest form.
The Vice President or Program Coordinator will assign you to a student from a requested tutoring list.

You will tutor an individual outside of school. This opportunity allows you to choose who you tutor as well as come up with your own flexible schedule (short term or long term). Hours can also be submitted from formalized tutor systems/businesses (e.g.: Mathnasium, Kumon), but no hours obtained during the summer will be accepted. You cannot tutor your sibling(s).
Obtain a signature from the parent/guardian of the individual you tutored. Use this tutoring slip to obtain the signature.
Note: ANY submitted slip that has an invalid signature will simply be ignored. Forgery will result in immediate membership termination.
