The RRHS Math Team is a club dedicated to training students for mathematics competitions, including (but not limited to): AMC, AIME, and Math UIL.
RRHS Math Team meets every Thursday morning at 7:30 AM in Room 2414.
Rocket City Math League (RCML) is hosted by the Mu Alpha Theta National Office. It consists of 1 interschool test and 3 individual tests.
The Mu Alpha Theta National Convention is hosted every summer. It spans for 6-8 days and includes many competitions but also fun relays, social events, and excursions. Refer to the National Convention page for more information.
The American Mathematics Competitions (AMCs) are hosted by the Mathematics Association of America (MAA), and is the preeminent math competition for students in high school. It is the first examination on the path to the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO).
