TRACK TRYOUTS

DATE: February 2-4, 2026

TIME:  Long Distance - 6:45 - 8:00 am

    Hurdles - 6:45 - 8:00 am

    Sprints - 1st and 8th period (after school for those not in athletics)

    Field Events - 3:45 - 5:00 pm

(High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Discus, Shot Put)

PARENT MEETING FOR STUDENTS WHO MAKE THE TRACK TEAM: 

Thursday, February 5th 5:00 - 6:00 PM RMS Big Gym 

* Track and Field is open for participation to all 7th & 8th Grade Boys and Girls

• Must attend all 3 days of tryouts

• Must have a current Medical Physical on file

• Must complete all online RANK ONE Forms

• Must be able to commit to all practice days to compete in meets

UNIFORM for Tryouts = Ridgeview Athletic Uniform - If you do not have one.  Please wear a Navy Shirt, Black or Grey Shorts
