About me

Welcome Rangers! I'm a wife, mother, teacher, photographer, and an always on the go kind of girl. My family enjoys traveling, hiking, fishing, & going to see the latest movies...we are constantly in motion. We have 2 dogs: Roscoe (he is a yellow Lab) and Wini (she is a well...we're not sure!)

Prior to coming to Deerpark Middle School I worked in the business industry for 7 years in marketing/PR, account management, as well as recruiting. During that time I worked with individuals from the best universities around the US. They pushed me to be the best version of myself. I hope to inspire our students to do the same.

I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology with my Secondary Teaching Certificate. My love of influencing young minds and prior business experience combine to provide me with the opportunity to teach Business Information Management!
