HOW TO PAY INSTRUMENT USAGE FEE

The "Instrument Brand" can usually be found on the case or the instrument itself
For the "Instrument Model" just put the name of the instrument (ex: for a Euphonium, put Euphonium)
The "Instrument Serial No" can be found on the case and the instrument. If you cannot find it please let a director know.

WHO HAS TO PAY AN INSTRUMENT USAGE FEE?
Any student who plays Oboe, Bassoon, French Horn, Euphonium, Bass Clarinet, Bari Saxophone, Tenor Saxophone, or Tuba. Any advanced band student who plays percussion.
WHY DO WE PAY THIS FEE?
The school provides the instruments listed above to our students. The instrument usage fee helps pay for normal wear and tear repairs that need to be done on school owned instruments. It also helps pay for the new instruments we are able to purchase every year.
HOW MUCH IS THE FEE?
The fee for wind players is $50 & The fee for advanced band percussion is $25.
