PRMS Audition Rubric.docxPlease find the rubric used for auditions here. All students auditioning for a role will be scored on their monologue and ensemble game participation using this rubric. Students are permitted to see their rubric by request, after the cast list is posted to identify strengths and areas of growth to improve for auditions in the future.
It is important to remember that auditions are learning experiences and opportunities to practice growth mindset and performance skills. Not every actor who auditions will be cast due to the limited number of roles in the show. Casting is determined by seniority and rubric scoring to ensure equity. All actors must score 4's and 3's in order to be cast (but this does not ensure casting).
