Hello! My name is Sam Rollins and this will be my fifth year of teaching! I've previously taught 1st grade in Spring ISD for two years, but relocated to the Austin area in 2021. This will be my third year at Fern Bluff Elementary and my third year teaching kindergarten!

I've lived in various places throughout Texas. I grew up in both Cypress and Mckinney, TX, and later spent my high school years back in Cypress. Although I'm now living in Longhorn territory, I'm a proud member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie class of 2019! I come from an Aggie family and loved my time at Texas A&M. 

I love to read, write, drink coffee, go for a walk or a jog, and spend time with my family and friends. I absolutely love teaching and getting to see students grow in their skills and confidence throughout the school year. I can't wait to begin a new year with an amazing class!
