About The Instructor

I am a Registered Nurse with 11 years of nursing experience in the United States and 10 years of teaching experience overseas. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and have worked in many areas of nursing including medical-surgical/transplant, telemetry, cardiac intensive care, home health care, and nursing management.

I have also had the amazing opportunity of living abroad. I have been lucky enough to travel the globe and I cherish how those travels have enriched my life. I bring that adventurous spirit and love for learning about life into the classroom, where my passion for nursing meets my passion for teaching.
