My professional goal is to bring my innovation and strength in inclusive practices, my vast experience as a successful instructional leader, and "MY WHY" to my current role as campus principal at Pearson Ranch Middle School in RRISD. I have a strong record of deliverables and my Core Values center me in effective and compassionate leadership.

Steps I am taking towards improving my practice are leveraging my vast PLN of educators for "micro-PD", ongoing reflection on my leadership as a campus principal, completing my doctoral degree at St. Edwards University, and reading all of the books in my "to be read pile".
