Madame Jackson

Madame Jackson grew up in Conroe, Texas, went to high school in Marble Falls and attended Texas State University in San Marcos where she earned a B.A. in French with a minor in Photography.  

She has lived in France on two different occasions, the first as a student in Bordeaux and the second as a teacher in Vitry-le-François, a small town about two hours east of Paris.  She tries to get back to France or a French speaking country as often as possible.  

This will be her 17th year teaching and 8th year at Cedar Valley.  She is the French Club Sponsor and helps the student officers run club meetings.   At home, she and her husband have three children, two boys, Eli and Tommy, and a daughter, Della. She enjoys cooking, keeping up with French events and working in the yard when she gets a bit of free time.
