Community Launch

We began our virtual 2020-2021 school year by offering the Healthy Habits module to PreK-2 students and the Infection Detection Module to 3rd-5th grade students. We call this experience where multiple grade levels engage in the same module at the same time the "Community Launch."

Our students engaged in this Biomedical Engineering pathway in a real world way by designing safety protocol for our school and creating a digital product sharing how to avoid the spread of germs. The Community Launch offers our Trailblazers and Teachers a unique opportunity to experience PLTW beyond their grade level as a community who learns and designs together!
