New Student Registration
Complete the ONLINE ENROLLMENT FORM.
Parents or guardians of new students must upload or present in person the following items to complete enrollment:
Birth certificate (To obtain a copy of a birth certificate, see below),
Immunizations record [immunization requirements],
Proof of residence in the school district;
lease agreement, if renting,
contract of sale or a tax statement, if purchasing,
current utility bill indicating the address and the adult’s name.
Last report card or withdrawal form from previous school district and
Social Security Card (if available).
Presenting a false record or falsifying records is an offense under Section 37.10, Penal code, and enrollment of the child under false documents subjects the person to liability for tuition or other costs. TEC Sec. 25.002(3)(d).
Home Access
Use HAC to check grades, attendance, schedules, and much more!
HAC is not available at the beginning of the school year. It is available after Labor Day.
First time user only:
Make sure that you have the correct email address on file before registering. If everything is correct follow these steps.
1) Go to Hopewell’s website and click Home Access Center Login
2) Once you are in the log in page you will click on Click here to register for HAC
3) Once you are there it will ask for the following:
First name: Try your first name if that doesn't work then try your significant other's first name or both names (EX: Mary & Bob or Mary and Bob)
Last name: If your significant other has a different last name try inputting that name
City:
Zip code:
4) Click Register
5) You will be asked to input a user name and add some security questions. Make sure to follow the directions after that. You should get an email within 24 hours giving you a password.
If you want to change your password, point to your name in the upper right hand corner.
Click My Account
Input your old password and add your new password
Remember to write your username and password
New password must have 8 characters, letters, numbers or symbols.
Parents if you already have an account, but can’t remember your user name or password please contact our Registrar.
