Our summer reading program begins at the end of May! Please encourage your child to be reading this summer to reduce "summer slide," or a lower level of reading when they return to school in the fall. 

Be on the lookout for summer reading BINGO forms in folders starting May 14. Students entering Kinder - 2nd grades will have a yellow form, and students entering 3rd - 5th grades will have a blue form. Each box equals either one picture book or 20 minutes of reading (for chapter books). Students can earn up to 4 different prizes! Forms can be turned in to teachers starting the first day of school, but MUST be brought back by Friday, August 28, 2026. Prizes will be awarded this day and no late forms will be accepted.

All students have access to MackinVIA throughout the summer, which has hundreds of eBooks & audiobooks. Mackinvia can be accessed through ClassLink on their chromebooks or by downloading the app on any device. The login for the app is the student's ClassLink username & password.
