Throughout the school year, if you would like to come drop off any as needed or daily medications in the clinic, please feel free to drop them off at any time. Please note that all meds require the appropriate medication form. Please see the medications and school forms tab.

Please make sure all state required immunizations are up to date for your child's grade. Shot records and affidavit's can also be dropped off any time.

ALL medications not picked up by an adult at the end of the school year, will be disposed of on the last school day. We do not send any medication home with students for safety.
