Physical Education / Wellness class is meant to be a fun, active learning environment.  We will be moving, dancing, throwing, catching, kicking, exercising and running.

For each child to do all of these things to the best of their ability, they need to dress appropriately for activity on the days they come to class.

Please make sure your student dresses in appropriate clothing:

• Wear sneakers / tennis shoes (no open-toed shoes like sandals or flip-flops, or crocs please)

• Wear clothing conducive to movement 

• Girls must wear shorts under dresses for modesty

If students are not going to participate because of health or injury reasons, a nurse or doctor's note is required.  Specific dates of non-participation are required on the note.

Physical Education is a class like all others in the school.  Appropriate behavior and respect for others is expected.  Students should use equipment appropriately and when instructed to do so.  

Following directions in class is very important and will help keep all students safe and having fun!
