John Gholson is an artist and actor, best known for his work on Drew Edwards' award-winning comic Halloween Man. Prior to that work, John did comics for Fandango.com, Bechtel, and Esquire. He was a two-time Austin Chronicle Best of Austin nominee in 2022, both for Comic Creator and for writing & producing sketch comedy at Fallout Theater. John is a regular panel host for Dallas Fan Expo's comics programming. He can be seen onscreen in Shudder's vampire comedy Blood Relatives and Adult Swim's The Suplex Duplex Complex. He resides in Pflugerville, TX.
