Jessica Lee Anderson is an award-winning author of over fifty books for children and teens to include titles such as TRUDY, UNCERTAIN SUMMER, and NAOMI NASH: SAVING SNAKES, THE MYSTERY OF THE BALL PYTHON, THE DRAMA NOODLE, and PROBLEMS AT THE POND. Snakes are some of the most misunderstood and misidentified animals. Join Jessica Lee Anderson as she discusses the misleading portrayal of snakes in the media and in folklore, busts some common myths surrounding snakes, and shares her path from inspiration to publication for her NAOMI NASH chapter book series. Central Texas snake expert Craig Randall will be present with his ambassador animals for an opportunity to learn more about these unique creatures.
