Donation Drive FAQ

On October 21st, we are kicking off our yearly donation drive. The funds raised from donations all come back to help the CTMS Choir program. It helps us purchase music, bring in clinicians, offset fees for Region Choir, Solo and Ensemble, Beginning Choir Festival, UIL, and so much more! Here are some Frequently Asked Questions we get about the donation drive:

• How can we donate? 

  1. Donate online - Visit the RRISD E-Store and donate directly to CTMS Choir. Make sure to include the name of the student you’re supporting!

  2. Make a Check out to CTMS Choir

• Can my company donate and sponsor the choir program? Absolutely! You can donate as a company directly to the choir program via check or the RRISD E-Store. 

• When does the donation drive end? The drive officially ends November 6th, but the donation link will remain open for most of the school year!

• How do you keep track of donations? If donations are made through the RRISD E-Store, I receive the email receipts every night from the online system. You are welcome to also forward email receipts to emma_degraaf@roundrockisd.org 

If donations are made by check, I will send an email to you confirming it was received.

When you support CTMS Choir, you are supporting great music making! The Choir Program receives 100% of your contribution when you donate! Your support is GREATLY appreciated! Our goal is to make this our only fundraiser by raising enough funds to fully support the choir program for the entire school year!

$75 - Music Theory Pass (skip 1 week of music theory)

$150 - Temporary Tattoo the director

$400 - Throw a pie at the director

$500 - Lunch with the director and one friend (Your choice of Whataburger or Chick Fil A)

Student who collects the highest total amount of profit - You or a person of your choice may conduct the choirs on a piece at the Winter Concert!

Class that collects the highest total amount of profit - Free Day/Go Outside
