Chromebook not charging? 

• Try charging on the other side of your device.

• Perform a hard reset by holding down the Refresh key (looks like a circular arrow and is above the number 4) and then hitting the Power button. 

• The battery life might be too low. Plug the Chromebook into the charger and let it charge for at least an hour and try turning it on again.
