Hold down the Refresh key (looks like a circular arrow and is above the number 4) and then hitting the Power button - this is called a Hard Restart. It fixes most problems.
Turn wifi off, wait 20 seconds, and then back on.
Try charging on the other side of your device.

The battery life might be too low. Plug the Chromebook into the charger and let it charge for at least an hour and try turning it on again.
Clear Cache and Cookies
You can also copy and paste chrome://settings/clearBrowsingData into a Chrome tab and click Clear data.
Check that your Chrome is up to date
