If a student tells you their device isn't working, the first thing to do is a hard restart.
Hold down the Refresh key (looks like a circular arrow and is above the number 4) and then hitting the Power button. It might take 2 or 3 tries. It fixes most problems.
If the student has something broken on their device, have them bring the device to the ITS office (B111). There could be a charge, so they should check out this website.
If during class time,
The teacher should contact the ITS team before sending the student (via chat to ensure we are in office)
The student must have a pass if they come during class.
