How to Register
How to Register your Student:
Cedar Ridge High School is a public school in the Round Rock Independent School District. If you live within the Cedar Ridge attendance area, your student may attend Cedar Ridge High School. Once you have moved into our attendance boundary, you will need to begin the registration process on the Round Rock Independent School District website.
Required Documents needed to Enroll:
Email/Upload the following documents: only email Rosie Lee if you are not able to upload your documents on the RRISD website rosie_lee@roundrockisd.org
Student's Birth certificate - REQUIRED
Student's Immunizations record - REQUIRED
Make sure the student's name and date of birth are printed on the immunization record
Proof of residence - REQUIRED
Completed Current Signed lease agreement (must be signed by both the parent/guardian and owner/leasing agent) and/or a CURRENT Utility bill showing the parent/guardian's name and Service Address (We can only accept Gas, Water, or Electric Bills).
School Records (including IEP/ARD; 504 records) - REQUIRED
for in-coming 10 through 12 grades, the most recent transcript showing grades and number of credits earned, and the most recent report card; If enrolling during the school year - a withdrawal form with withdrawal grades is required as well.
Incoming 9th graders - please provide your 7th and 8th grade report cards if you will earn/have earned high school credit; If enrolling during the school year - a withdrawal form with withdrawal grades and a transcript are required as well.
Social Security Card - If available
Parent/Guardian Photo ID(s) - REQUIRED
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:
Immunizations must be translated into English. You can visit the County Health Department for assistance.
School records must be official and if possible, translated into English - please provide all records from 7th grade to most recent school year.
Please note this will be sent to a 3rd party company for verification and it will take approximately a week before we receive it. We can only send it once, therefore, we request parents provide ALL final transcripts from - the 7th - to the current school year - as we are attempting to ensure the student is awarded as many HS credits as possible. Once we submit to our 3rd party, the family agrees to the credits awarded and no further submissions can be made.
This is a critical step that is used to ensure your student is able to transfer as many credits as possible.
