Frequently Asked Questions


1. How can I get another Diploma?

You can obtain one by visiting the Cedar Ridge Office M-F 8:30-4:00. There is a $30.00 replacement fee. We only take cash or check in the office. We do not mail diplomas, they must be picked up.


2. How can I add someone as an emergency contact to my student’s record?

Please email Sandra_evangelista@roundrockisd.org and/or rosie_lee@roundrockisd.org. Please include your Student’s First and Last name, Student ID, the emergency contact’s First and Last name and their telephone number.  We ask that you give us 48 hours to update your student’s record.


3. How do I obtain a transcript?

You can visit the Cedar Ridge website and order one online or you can visit the office and submit your request in person. 

A few things about transcripts:

We can only send transcripts electronically to Texas Schools. All other transcripts must be picked up in the office M-F 8:30-4:00. If you need a transcript for insurance purposes and you do not want to pay the fee, you can login to your HAC (Home Access Center) account and obtain a transcript.  

4.  When I go to order a transcript, it asks for a student ID.  I do not know my student ID, what do I enter?

You can enter 123456


5. When can I get my final transcript?

Final transcripts take some time to finalize. Final transcripts are generally available at the end of June.


6. What if the Parent's name has changed - how can we update this?

You can submit your name change to sandra_evangelista@roundrockisd.org  Please email your documentation (driver's license, marriage license, divorce paperwork, SSN card) showing previous name and new name.
