ANNUAL STUDENT SHOWCASE

Venue:

Roundabout Circus Studio - 96 Showground Road Gosford

It is at our studio but not as you know it. We hire in tiered seating for improved viewing and revamp the performance space to include a curtained off backstage area and have sound and lighting teams to make it a special experience for our performers. 

Parking:

We have on free on street parking along Showground Road and Glennie St W. We have an off street drop off zone but limited space in our carpark due to intermission entertainment requiring the carpark area for the evening shows. 

Public Transport: 

There is a public bus stop right out the front and we are walking distance (1.5km) from Gosford Train station. 

Accessibility:

Our venue is single level and the audience area is wheelchair accessible and we have an accessible bathroom.

HOW TO GET YOUR TICKETS:

Ticket sales will open up  from 15th August.
Tickets for all shows can be purchased by clicking HERE

We will initially limit tickets to 2 tickets per family until 06 September, at which point you are welcome to purchase additional tickets. Please ensure you purchase your tickets before this time so you do not miss out on seats. We do this to ensure all performers have an opportunity to be seen and celebrated by their loved ones. 

TICKET PRICES:

General Admission – $22

Concession - $16.50

Child 4-12yrs (younger ones may sit at front on floor mat) - $16.50

Child 3 and under (on lap) - Free

Due to limited seating, the child must stay on the lap of parent/guardian at all times

Second Show discounted ticket option - $12.50

If your family members are in multiple classes and shows and you want to book tickets to multiple shows to support them but financially this is a lot for you, this is an option we are offering to support you to support your people! 

Popcorn and cold drinks will be available for purchase on the day before the show and during intermission

A limited amount of current stock will be available to buy.

All our merch is ethically sourced materials and locally printed, 100% cotton. So you can wear it with a smile!

Showcase photos and video packages will be available for pre-purchase on and before the day.

We ask that you do not take your own personal photos and videos during the shows. We have hired professional photographers to capture the magic on the day so you can sit back and enjoy the show with your hands available for clapping and cheering on the performers

All performers will get a class group photo.  The additional photos are action shots of during the performances where our photographers do their best to capture the experience for each performer on stage.

Your showcase fee is $35 which gets charged per class. This covers the performers use of our costumes and accessories for the performance as well as a group photo of the class act. This gives us a small budget to purchase props, costumes and accessories for the show and also gives everyone a momento photo to keep.

We want to make this experience special for our performers and also keep it affordable for everyone. This is why we do costume Hire instead of purchase. We often buy costumes near new online or will look through our extensive costume collection to find something that is just right for the act and makes the performers feel fabulous! We do our best to avoid and limit fast fashion sites as we do not want to support unethical fashion industries. If you want to help us make and alter costumes then please sign up via the volunteer form! 

We do still require some basics from home so you may need to provide your own dance tights, black leggings or a base leotard if we are providing the accessories and some costume pieces to bring it all together.
