Please visit the Winter RosettaCon page for registration, lodging, and travel information. Please note that for this event, travel dates are extended before and after Winter RosettaCon: arrive Sunday, March 28 by about noon (encouraged) or Saturday, March 27 if you'd like a buffer, and depart Saturday, April 3.
Each attendee is responsible for booking and paying for their own airfare. Please inquire with your PI and home institution about reimbursements. The nearest airport is Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF), about 20 minutes from the venue. Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ) is about an hour away by car or shuttle; fares are often similar, and the shuttle cost tends to cancel out any savings. We recommend booking airfare as soon as possible to avoid price increases.
For Rosetta Commons trainees receiving travel support, flights are booked through the Rosetta Commons travel sign-up; you'll receive a booking link by email after completing the lodging sign-up. Please follow those instructions, as privately booked flights cannot be reimbursed.
Need a visa letter? Email info@keystonesymposia.org with your Keystone registration confirmation number.
Rosetta Commons trainees: Shared, double-occupancy lodging is provided by Rosetta Commons for the conference plus the extra workshop nights of Sunday, March 28 and Friday, April 2 (details for Saturday, March 27 early arrivals to come). Register with Keystone first, then complete the Rosetta Commons lodging sign-up (it requires your Keystone confirmation number) by January 28, 2027. Please do not book your own hotel if you are requesting Rosetta Commons lodging, as privately booked lodging cannot be reimbursed.
Industry and other paid registrants: Please book your own lodging, either in the Keystone Symposia room block at La Fonda on the Plaza or at another location of your choosing.
Coffee: provided by the workshop on the mornings of Monday, March 29 and Friday, April 2.
Conference meals: Keystone registration covers select meals during the conference, including a buffet breakfast each meeting day except departure day, coffee breaks, and buffet lunch during poster sessions. See the Keystone conference program for details. We will often informally walk to local, nearby eateries for lunchtimes during the workshop.
All other meals: on your own. There are many restaurants within walking distance of La Fonda and the Plaza. Additional meals are not reimbursed by Rosetta Commons.
We are excited that Winter RosettaCon 2027 (Keystone Symposia: Computational Design and Modeling of Biomolecules) and How to Train Your Model will take place at La Fonda on the Plaza (100 E San Francisco Street, Santa Fe, NM 87501) in downtown Santa Fe.
Our workshop room will be announced closer to the event.
