• Sat., Mar. 27 - Optional early travel/arrival

• Sun., Mar. 28 - Morning travel (plan to arrive by noon); 2 p.m. - ~10 p.m. - Event kick-off & project work

• Mon., Mar. 29 - 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Project work (everyone launches their training run)

• Mon., Mar. 29 (4 - 8 p.m.) - Keystone registration & welcome mixer

• Tue., Mar. 30 - Thu., Apr. 1 - Winter RosettaCon / Keystone Symposium (models train autonomously)

• Fri., Apr. 2 - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Results analysis, presentations & event closing

• Sat., Apr. 3 - Travel home

Before the event: three required virtual prep meetings, late February - March 2027 (dates TBA).
