LVMMS Students...here is a technology tip: Always charge your VILS device on the LEFT side.
If a student is having an issue with a VILS device, here is what to do:
1) Turn off the device; turn it back on
2) Plug it in (use the left side to charge device)
3) If it is still not working, then submit a VILS tech ticket (click here). NOTE: Student must be logged into her/his school Gmail account in order to submit this technology ticket.Â
