3rd Quarter

✔✔ Peer: Provide coverage for teachers to observe other teachers (schedule permitting)

4th Quarter

✔✔ Reflective: Reflect on student learning via face to face conversations

✔✔ Listener: Open-ended invitation to discuss the process + any other topic of your choosing, if so desired
