If you are a Physicians Assistants interested in helping to uplift residents of East Oakland or San Jose, Roots Community Health Center is currently accepting PA's  seeking to complete their rotations. To become a training member of the Roots care team please begin by completing our rotation prescreening. Within seven days you will receive correspondence from our team regarding your ability to proceed with the application process.
