If you are interested in helping to uplift residents of East Oakland or San Jose we are currently seeking nurses (FNP/RN/BSN) interested in completing their rotations. We are also  working with registered nurses who are strong candidates for of our N to NP program or our NP Fellowship.

2. Select your program of interest (completion of rotations only or N to NP program and rotation)

3. Complete the prescreening questionnaire below  

4. If your goals and values are in alignment Roots you will be provided instructions for a video interview

5. Following the interview our clinical review team will reach out to you directly if they determine you are a good match for our program
