A homeschool co-op is a group of families who work together to provide educational and social opportunities for their children in a supportive, community-driven environment.
We meet Wednesdays from 9:45 AM to 3:00 PM in the Greater Indianapolis area, from mid-August through May. The year is divided into five 5-week sessions with breaks in between, plus a special mini-session in December.
We provide programming for ages 3-18. Families with children both inside and outside this range may attend, but programming is only available for students within the co-op’s age range.
• Morning: Two-hour class pre-assigned by age
• Lunch Break
• Afternoon: Two 55-minute interest-based classes, grouped by age (3-6, 7-11, 12+, Multiage)
Yes! All parents take an active role by leading or assisting in classes. New members typically start as assistants before leading their own class or club by their second semester. We’ll help you find something that fits your comfort level!
No problem! You can start with a small club like board games, LEGO, sports, or Pokémon. We’ll help you find a good fit.
Parents are expected to lead or assist in classes for about 2-3 hours each week. In addition, all families are asked to volunteer for the cleaning crew 2-3 times per year, helping clean the building at the end of the co-op day. This shared effort keeps our co-op running smoothly and our space welcoming for everyone!
No, a parent or guardian must stay in the building at all times.
We focus on enrichment and social activities, not a set curriculum. There’s no homework or Common Core focus—just hands-on, engaging learning!
